The property features three boat slips (fees may apply) and is perfect for swimming, and some fun in the sun. There are many patios and outdoor sitting areas to enjoy the great summer weather!

The kitchen is on the main level of the home and is fully equipped with stove/oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee pot, and all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils you'll need for on-site cooking. The dining area provides plenty of seating for the whole family, including table seating for 8 and small seating area for 2. There is a propane BBQ grill available for guests outside on the patio, and a charcoal grill/smoker in the boat house.
