Dimora Solaris è una villa contemporanea immersa tra gli uliveti nella campagna alle porte di Ugento, a breve distanza in auto dalle spiagge di sabbia bianca di Torre San Giovanni. Le ampie vetrate permettono alla luce naturale di illuminare la zona giorno al piano terra, con accesso diretto alla piscina e alle terrazze. Qui ulivi secolari ed essenze mediterranee contribuiscono a creare un’atmosfera autentica e rigenerante, ideale per trascorrere momenti di pace e benessere. La villa è realizzata su due piani collegati tra loro da scala interna. PIANO TERRA - Living con salotto, sala da pranzo e cucina; due camere matrimoniali, due bagni doccia. PRIMO PIANO – Camera matrimoniale con bagno en suite con doccia.
Parco:
La villa è circondata da circa 5.000 mq di terreno completamente recintato, con ulivi e macchia mediterranea. Un’area pranzo all’aperto ombreggiata si trova proprio all’esterno della cucina, affiancata da terrazze pavimentate e zone di giardino pensate per il relax. La proprietà dispone di cinque posti auto scoperti all’interno del terreno.
