It stands in the middle of the remarkable alpine landscape 2 km above Bad Tölz. From the property you can enjoy beautiful mountain views. The beautiful house has 100 square meters and stands alone on the 800 square meter plot with 2 south-facing terraces, has 2 garages and 4 beautiful rooms with different furnishings and equipment. The new, cozy kitchen with coffee machine and dishwasher and an attractive Bavarian country house seating area invite you to linger. 2 modern televisions each with a flat screen and 1 of them with an Internet browser, Blu-Ray player, Internet with WLAN and telephone are of course available.
The house has 2 wonderful bath rooms. One of them with walk-in shower and wonderful rain shower, a real shower pleasure. 2 toilets and beautiful bright mirrors are of course available. There is also a floor-length mirror, a hair dryer and enough light.

The bedrooms are tastefully decorated in different ways. There are two different double rooms and one
3 bed room. The existing 2 garages offer plenty of space for cars, bicycles, and much more. Which is a pleasant additional benefit, especially in winter. For our guests who want to bring their dog with them, there is a beautiful forest opposite, which invites to extensive walks and alley walks. The Bad Tölz high-altitude hiking trail leads through Wackersberg.
