3 Bedroom Villa with Private Pool, Bedding and Kitchen
Da Benno is located on the outskirts of the village Vasciano situated on a hill, which offers a magnificent view of the medieval Todi and the surrounding nature. The house is newly built and completed in August 2016, has made use of old authentic materials and the house has a rustic look. As you can see was not ready the garden on the photos, but now it is planted so you can enjoy a green environment. The house sits on a plot of 1800 m2, and there is ample parking. There are two terraces and a large covered portico as seen in the pictures. While enjoying a glass of wine you can enjoy the sunset that no evening will be the same. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; two bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor, the third bedroom with bathroom is on the first floor and has a terrace with lots of privacy. Two bedrooms are spacious and comfortable two-person bed and one bedroom has two excellent single beds that can be optionally placed against or apart. The living room is spacious, decorated with care and attention and has French doors that overlook the valley and Todi. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. There is a large dining table with 6 chairs. Again French doors that open onto the covered portico. This makes the house ideal for longer stays. In the spacious basement are two mountain bikes at your disposal.
The private pool (4 x 8m) is located in a spacious garden, while swimming you have a beautiful view of the surroundings and sunset. The swimming pool is available from 1 May to 31 September.
The house has an excellent WiFi connection.
All rooms have central heating. In the months October through April we ask for a surcharge of € 150.00 per week for gas.
