This newly remodeled oasis in the desert spans across ½ acre of land located less than 5 miles from the AMAZING Las Vegas Strip. This gated home features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 family rooms each with flat screen, a game room with a pool table and flat screen, a fully equipped kitchen with island counter and breakfast bar, dining room, laundry room, pool/spa, and outdoor seating. This home features 2 master suites each with walk in closets and private full bathrooms.
Each bedroom is located on the second floor with a flat screen TV, cable, Roku, and Netflix. Each master has a king size bed, private bathroom, and access to the patio for fresh air. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. The fourth bedroom has a queen size bed and a bunk bed (full on bottom/twin on top). All linens and towels are provided and fresh for each new stay.
The SPACIOUS newly refinished kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, double oven, gas lit stove/oven, breakfast bar, coffee maker, French press, dishware and cookware.
The heated pool/spa are located in the private backyard stocked with endless amounts of pool floaties and toys. A gas BBQ and lots of seating are perfect for outdoor fun for the whole family.
High-speed internet and Wi-Fi is provided as well as a desk and office space for working.
There is a guest house on the property. The tenant is totally separate and does NOT have access to the house or backyard. The guest house is blocked off by a wall and gates. The tenant works nights and is rarely home.
**THREE NIGHT MINIMUM STAY**
Over 10 adults, $10 per person, per day. Kids are free.
