Welcome to Denver! This 2 bedroom unit with king beds has a fully equipped kitchen with snacks and coffee provided. It is 15 minutes from Downtown and 30-40 minutes to the airport and close to all things fun.
Easy access to Elitches, Ball Arena, Mission Ballroom, Denver Zoo, Denver Aquarium, Coors Field, Art Musuem, Denver Musuem, Nature and Science, Cherry Creek Mall, Red Rocks, Meow Wolf, Childrens Museum, Empower Field, Dicks Sporting Arena, VA, Anschutz, Children's Hospital, etc.
The Space:
This is the lower unit of a duplex. There will be another party staying in the unit above. Please do not disturb them. The two units are completely separate with private entrances.
GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT

Guest Access:
Guests will enter through the back and have a private back and fenced yard. It is the lower unit, so there will be some stairs to enter. You can see the door in the photos provided. You may park in the driveway.

Great quiet neighborhood, centrally located. There are a handful of restaurants nearby. Be sure to check out Skyline Vista Park. It is great for dogs.
Getting Around:
Denver is the best seen with car, Uber, and we have a great light rail system. Be sure to explore the area!
