NOTE RE: HURRICANE IAN: Fort Myers Beach was devastated by Hurricane Ian in September 2022. Our condo, the beach and pool are 100% and pictures shown are exactly what you will get at the condo; however, the town itself continues to rebuild after the destruction of Hurricane Ian. The condo is walking distance to CVS and a Seven-Eleven, as well as the farmers market in the Santini shopping plaza area that will open from November 2024-May 2025. The shopping plaza itself has not yet re-opened post hurricane. Construction on the island continues and will for several years.
Updated kitchen and bathrooms set this unit apart. Light furniture in the living room and dining room gives the space a bright, beachy feel. Hard surface flooring throughout.

Walk across the street to CVS to pick up any essentials, visit the restaurants & shops in Santini Plaza (currently closed due to Hurricane Ian), catch the trolley directly in front of the condo to explore Times Square or Lover's Key State Park! The island also has a Casino boat for a night out or you can board the Key West Express for a daytrip to Key West. Shopping and outlet malls are close, as are places to golf, fish, boat, etc!
