Delightful 3 bed, 3 bath home (sleeps 6) backing to a tidal marsh in the gated Moss Creek community, just before the bridge to Hilton Head Island. Wonderfully private, with a short walk to the clubhouse, golf course, or across the footbridge to Fording Island Nature Preserve. Bicycle or walk a bit further to the Bostwick Park pool (open March 1-November 30), fitness center and boat docks. Back deck looks out onto the tidal marsh with strikingly different views and birds visiting depending on the tide and time of day.
It's a short drive to Hilton Head beaches, Pinckney Island National Wildlife Refuge, the airport and nightlife; all easy access without the traffic hassle of living on the island. A short drive in the other direction takes you to the charmingly restored town of Bluffton with restaurants, art galleries and shops. Two outlet malls are within 10 minutes.
