1. You’re living like a local, be respectful of the other locals.
2. All of our Rental Home is a smoke-free environment. Including the entire Rental property.
3. Pets are NOT allowed in this Rental Home for any reason. Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in the immediate termination of your reservation without a refund.
4. Your trip details should already be complete. If they aren’t, just go ahead and message us!
5. Your friend, your responsibility. Pretty simple: if you invite them to your Rental Home, you’re responsible for their actions.
6. There are occupancy limits Roav Stays must follow. Help us follow the rules.

FEE SCHEDULE BREAKDOWN: (all charges in $USD, unless otherwise noted)
Unauthorized Late Check Out : $25 dollars each half hour after check-out time. Up to the cost of any impacted nights subsequent to originally scheduled check-out
Smoking in Room/Common Area:
$200 minimum charge and eviction from the Unit
Excessive Cleaning: Up to $125.00 per hour of additional cleaning needed
Damaged or Missing Items: Varies depending on cost of item
Noise Complaints: potential warning issued or, if necessary, eviction with no refund and a charge of up to $1,000.00
Party in the property: Up to $2,000.00 plus any damages to Roav Stays
Unauthorized pets: $150/day
