Welcome to Deer Tracks Cabin, a charming mountain home featuring 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. This newly constructed cabin, finished in June 2024, boasts all the comforts of home, including central A/C & Heat and a fenced yard for your beloved dog. Here you will enjoy covered decks with propane grill, surrounded by the tranquil sounds of nature and wildlife. Deer Tracks offers easy access, with just three steps leading to the entrance. As you step in, you're greeted by high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling gas log fireplace and an open floor plan. Windows flood the home with natural light, granite countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless appliances, a gas range, and a center island seating 4 comfortably. On the main level, you will find the primary bedroom suite and the bathroom has double vanities and walk-in shower. The mud/laundry room and a half bath are located on this level. Upstairs, a cozy reading nook awaits, along with 2 guest bedrooms and a full bath with tub/shower. Additional features include a paved driveway with ample parking space. Home does have Beech Mountain Club Membership Transfer option for additional fees.

Note:
Here on Beech Mountain, we have a great amount of snowfall from November through April. You must be prepared with 4-wheel drive, studded snow tires or chains. Chains can be purchased in the area in the event of a snowstorm during your vacation.
Renters are expected to provide toilet paper, paper towels, soaps/detergents, trash bags, baggies/foil/saran wrap, firewood, etc. We provide linens (1 set of sheets per bed, blankets, pillows), 1 towel and 1 wash cloth per person based on occupancy of the property, a kitchen set of 1 dish cloth and 1 dish towel, 1 dishwasher tab, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 small bar soap per bathroom and one roll of paper towels.
Other Things to Note:
Parking for up to 3 cars in front of home. If you are bringing additional vehicles, these can be parked at the resort, or across from our rental office in the public parking lot.
