Summary: Arrived a few minutes earlier and thought I could relax and read a book in the lobby. The picture of it was very nice. But, doors were locked and when the employee opened them, the lobby was not welcoming. I asked for a non smoking room and the employee said “non” available; but miraculously one was available when I was charged for an upgrade in cash. Won’t be staying here. This hotel does a disservice to the name.
