"Daylight" Inflatable Dome with Star/Sunset/Farm Views | Cabin in Blue Ridge, TX

NEWS: We are thrilled to share that our on-site event venue has been completed and we are now gearing up to offer the domes and event venue as a package. In the event that we do not have any venue reservations, the domes can be rented separately, but only will become available for booking two weeks from the rentable dates.
SUMMER: There will be a large sunshade covering the domes during the summer months to help prevent direct sun into the domes and to keep things cooler inside. (Please reference the pics of the domes with this shade.) This sunshade is not removeable and will also prevent direct star gazing from inside, but there is always plenty of star gazing on your private patio :). During the hottest summer days, it may still be a little too warm mid-day to relax inside the domes, so we recommend planning to hang out on the patio or taking a mid-day trip for ice cream :)

FAQs:
-Pets? Yes! We do have a fee, so you'd just add them in the same location as where you choose your number of guests. We also ask that they're never left unaccompanied (for their safety).
-Grill? Yes, it's propane and propane is provided.
-Is the dome private? Yes, you do not share any space. There is one other dome and a mobile home on the property but there are no sightlines between the two domes. Please see our drone shot in the photos. The white colored PVC walls are opaque and are a minimum of 9 feet tall. During the winter, you may get a glimpse of the other dome guests walking down the pathway to their dome, but we're working to quickly improve this. Privacy was a major consideration in the development of the property.
-Is there heating/air conditioning? Yes. The living room and each bedroom have a mini-split unit (see photos on top the bar and on top of each bed). They are working great in the winter so far, but we do provide extra blankets and recommend guests bring a few extra layers in case they're prone to feeling cold. It is "glamping" after all! ;)
-Do we share a bathroom? No, the bathroom is yours. The "bath house" has two sides, but you only have access to one of the sides and we've built a wall in between so you don't see the guests of the other dome.
-Do you provide firewood, decorations, etc.? Not yet, but the ability to add "extras" to your stay are in progress.
-Can we move our reservation because of weather? Unfortunately, no. The only time we will cancel is if the roads are too icy to access the property. We'll be in touch if that type of weather is forecasted. We will say, though, that rain storms during dome stays are ultra cozy.
-Wifi? Yes, sort of. We are at the mercy of satellite. We recommend planning to not have Wifi and, if it works for you- bonus!
We’re one hour from both Love and DFW Airports and 20 minutes from downtown McKinney, Princeton, and Melissa.
You'll have two bedrooms with comfortable queen beds. Both bedrooms have incredible stargazing views.
The living room is a wonderful place to spend time together and make memories. The dome living room looks out on, in our opinion, one of the most breathtaking sights in DFW with some of the best sunsets. In addition to it being a wonderful gathering spot, the sofa folds down into a twin bed for additional sleeping.
The dome contains air conditioning, mini fridge, coffee bar, and basic plates/utensils. You'll have access to water just outside of the door to rinse dishes.
Just steps from the dome is a sparkling clean bath house with linens and amenities provided.
Outside, you'll have a grill, picnic table, and outdoor seating. You'll be just steps from the cows grazing. Maybe they'll even stop by for a visit!
This is a glamping experience. There will be some walking between your car and the dome, as well as between the dome and the bathroom trailer.
Depending on the weather, there is potential for mud, heat, cold, winds, etc.
We do the best we can to keep the domes and bathrooms bug free, but the occasional bug may be unavoidable. We know you'll love your stay!
No additional guests outside of who is on the reservation.
No illegal activities.
No smoking in the dome (minimum $250 charge) and will charge in full for any damage smoking outside of the dome (burns in plastic, etc)
Please do not leave pets unaccompanied at any time.
Quiet hours begin at 10 P.M. We will give one warning and then ask you to leave if abused.
We will charge extra for extra cleaning- excessive mud inside of the dome itself (mud in tunnel is okay) or non-biodegradable party pickup (confetti, plastic/fabric rose petals, streamers, balloons, etc.). This will be charged at $75/hour per extra hour required.
