This beautiful home is well laid out, with open living space and nicely separated bedrooms. It has been tastefully renovated with custom upgrades that include new tile in the entry, kitchen and bathrooms, stone counters,under-mount kitchen sink, designer paint, recessed bathroom lighting, reconfigured bathrooms with separate showers featuring rain-forest shower heads, frame-less glass and a deep soaker tub in the master en-suite. While this home is conveniently located in the middle of the city, you can have the best of both worlds, as this unit overlooks the tranquility of a quiet treed courtyard.

Bed setup: 2 x Queens, plus 2 x twin size air mattresses (linens included for the air mattresses)

Free Parking: available on location (underground secure)

Summary: Stayed here for 3 months post fathers double lung transplant, and the only disappointment was when it was time to leave. Can’t get a better location for events (Rogers arena directly across the street), close to tourist attractions like downtown, Stanley park, aquarium, Granville island, walking distance to science world, the list goes on. In the heart of international village, there are tons of different restaurants, hair salons, barbers, nail salons, theatre, among other nearby amenities. This unit overlooks to the garden terrace, which is not accessible to public, as it’s located off the 2nd floor of tower. A short walk through the garden terrace takes you to a separate tower which has a pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, play room for kids with seating for adults, and a theatre room you can book through concierge. There’s also a games room equipped with a pool table and a meeting room for booking available, both in tower a (same as this unit) along with a library on 2nd floor. Train station is directly next door, located between tower a and Costco. The lights, noise from events, trains and traffic are all buffered by location of this unit, allowing only sound to be the water fountains from garden terrace. Great communication with owner, and the staff (especially Sam, concierge) are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend for a few nights or months stay. I’d love to rent again, and will always be first choice from here on out.
