Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice week in Duck and the house was ideal for our group of 10. The kitchen was well-equipped and the elevator was very handy for the less mobile members of our party + useful for getting bags to the top floor. The location was ideal, only 5 mins walk from the beach and a short drive to the shops at Duck. The grounds could have been better maintained; the lawn was non existent. A pool would make this property a 10/10 but we otherwise loved it.
