Beautiful lake front home with private screened in swimming pool. Quiet community in the middle of all of Orlando's attractions. You can't find a better location to relax and not waste time on the highway. Recently remodeled home with granite countertops, Amazing memory foam mattresses, all tiled flooring for cleanliness.
Home has Flat screen TV in all rooms along with Roku access so you can stream all your favorite movies/shows/entertainments.
PARKING:
Maximum of 2 Cars allowed, no exceptions. If you will have more than 2 cars, DO NOT book this home. $100 fine per car, per day if over 2 cars. Including immediate cancellation of your reservation, eviction with no refund. No RVs or Trailers at the home. No Parking on the street or in front of the neighbors properties, this will count towards to 2 car maximum allowed.
Bedroom 1: King bed, amazing memory foam mattresses, flat screen TV and private bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with memory foam mattress and flat screen TV
Bedroom 3: 1 Full bed and 2 twin beds: Bunk bed with full size bed, twin size bunk and twin size trundle. There is also a toddler bed.
We provide all white soft linens for cleanliness. Bath towels, wash cloths and pool towels.
Covid-19 Sanitization: Our home has always been super clean and sanitized after each guest. Since Covid-19, our cleaners have taken extra measures to completely clean and sanitize the home.
*Our home does NOT have any carpeted areas. We have always felt that hard surface flooring (wood or tile) has always allowed us to clean and sanitize the flooring much better. We also ask that guest remove shoes when they enter the house.
*All hard surfaces are wiped down and soft areas like sofa are sprayed with sanitizers.
*All our sheets and linens are white so that we can completely bleach all sheets and linens.
*Our cleaners do have access to air ionizers when needed to filter out the air.
We have always maintained a super clean and sanitize home and will continue to do so for all our guest.

This is a private family oriented residential community. This is not a vacation rental community.
Very convenient location. Super close to the Convention Center, International Dr. and Sea World. Disney and Universal is less than 10 minutes away.
This is a residential community, not a vacation community. NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC. Especially in the backyard pool area after 9pm! DO NOT leave kids under 18 alone in pool area. The swimming pool is open daily from 9am-9pm. Please respect these timings for the neighbors sake
We require a valid copy of the Driver's License or Passport. Just like a hotel, and for security purposes, name on ID should be the same as the credit card used to pay for room. Must be 21
Check in time 4pm and check out time 10am.
DO NOT use the premises for illegal activity.
Please remove shoes upon entering the house.
We use an electronic bluetooth key. You will download an app onto your smart phone which you will use as your key to lock and unlock the house. This is much more secure than handing each guest a physical key. This prevents any previous guest from gaining access to the house.
NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE. NO VAPING! A $500 fee will be charged.
NO OPEN FLAMES/NO CANDLES
NO PETS unless we are aware ahead of time and the pet fee has been paid. The pet fee is used to sanitize the house. Any unclaimed pet is a $300 fee. We are in compliance with ADA and FHA. Just make sure you have the proper paperwork.
We have motion activated security cameras on the exterior of the house. The front door, back yard and part of the driveway. If the cameras are shut off, blocked or covered, we reserve the right to enter the property to check the amount of guests along with charging a $100 fee. We will confirm with our ISP that there is not an outage first.
Guests will also receive a Welcome Kit. The Welcome Kit gets you started on your vacation by providing a few additional necessities, such as:
dish soap
dishwasher pods
One kitchen sponge
laundry detergent
trash bags
In addition, the complimentary items below are provided as a convenience for when you first arrive. Additional supplies will be the responsibility of the guest.
Two full rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
Travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and bars of soap in each bathroom
One full roll of paper towels in the kitchen
The property is equipped with basic housekeeping supplies. A broom/dustpan and mop. There are also house hold cleaners under the kitchen sink for your convenience.
If any of these rules are broken it is considered a breach of contract and the guest agrees to forfeit the entire deposit and will be responsible for all damages and all additional cleaning fees.
