This wonderful property is nestled amidst 6 acres of grounds within a quaint hamlet of privately owned cottages, formerly part of a larger estate tended by monks. Offering a serene retreat, it's an ideal base for exploring the tranquil countryside and picturesque coastlines of rural Wales. Visit the RHS partner gardens of Cae Hir, (2 miles) and coastal Aberaeron (11 miles) featuring a charming beach and numerous excellent dining options.
Upon entering the property you are welcomed into a warm and inviting open-plan kitchen/lounge/diner. This space is perfect to relax after a busy day out exploring, curl up in front of the warming wood burner and watch your favourite film on the Smart TV. Upstairs, is the charming loft bedroom with a comfortable king-size wrought iron bed (please note, the bedroom's original hay storage function results in reduced height in some areas and low beams). The additional spacious bathroom provides a freestanding bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC.
French doors lead to the patio where you will find a beautiful Japanese ofuro style wood burning hot tub and garden, beyond the garden, you may catch a glimpse of the majestic Welsh Cob horses grazing in the field, depending on the season.
