Large backyard lawn for summer games which is rare so close to the water. Listen to the famous musical fountain nightly from the deck (and maybe even catch a glimpse). Just a few blocks to the local YMCA with pickleball courts, tennis courts, skate park, playground, etc. There is a Weber gas grill for your use to have a family barbecue and the upper deck and lower patio each have dining tables with umbrellas and Adirondack chairs for relaxing in the sun.
