Cute, cozy, stylish casita in a highly sought-after address. Located in Santa Carmela, a small and peaceful community mere miles from downtown Cabo San Lucas. The casita is newly constructed using new and Mexican antique finds to create a stylish, rustic beach house vibe. It is equipped with one bedroom that includes a king-sized bed and small closet, a living room/kitchen area with a full-sized pull-out sleeper sofa (fits 1 - 2 kids), one bathroom with a full shower plus a washer and dryer for your convenience. The kitchen is small but fully equipped with tableware, microwave, fridge, hot plate and small appliances including a blender and coffee maker. There is a small quaint private patio area and parking fortwovehicles. NOTE: Cabo is a rapidly growing town. Like most of the area, there is some construction in our neighborhood
