Set on a quiet street, yet located within the lively Surry Hills hub, there’s plenty to explore in the local vicinity and it's only a half hour walk or short drive to the CBD. Perfection!

Compact and cute, this cottage is a traditional single fronted terrace, seemingly single storey but with a second Queen bedroom tucked under the roofline. It boasts plenty of character, with its fireplace, beams and decor sympathetic to its history.
Enter through the front door into the living room. Stairs go up to the upstairs bedroom on one side and the house flows through the front living room to the dining and kitchen. A leather sofa and ornate velvet chairs in front of the fireplace add drama and comfort. The dining suite seats 6 and the kitchen is modernised and well-equipped, including a microwave and dishwasher.
The bathroom provides a shower over the bathtub, vanity and toilet and also houses the washing machine and dryer. Doors opposite go out the courtyard where you’ll enjoy the benefits of a hot tub with a glass of wine after a day out exploring.
The main bedroom is at the back of the home with a Queen bed, overhead fan and doors out to the courtyard. There is a wall-mounted TV provided for your use.
The second bedroom is loft-style and also has a double bed. A dorma window lets in plenty of light and there is a ceiling fan up here too. Both bedrooms are well-presented and all linen is included.
With free WiFi and street parking, this is a delightful property in this popular area of inner Sydney.
