This stunning top of the line newly built family home is waiting for you in tranquil West Cape May. With 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths, there is plenty of space and privacy for your entire group. Perfect for families, or large groups. Modern, exquisite kitchen and dining areas, top of the line entertainment, dual laundry, outdoor grilling area, and stacked parking for 8 cars. January through mid June this home is a 4 night minimum, mid June through mid September this is a FRIDAY TO FRIDAY rental. Property is managed by a NJ licensed realtor. By booking online, Guest acknowledges and agrees to abide by the above rules for Guests and terms set forth by Century 21 Gilmartin and Company.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
Maximum capacity of 16 people. There are 6 bedrooms.
First floor bedroom has a King bed, with en suite full bath, Second floor has 4 bedrooms, each with full en suite baths and King beds, and smart tv's.
Third floor has full bath and is being fitted with sleep sofas.
ENTERTAINMENT
There is a large television in the family room streaming capability. High speed internet. There are also smart tv's in all bedrooms. Log into your paid services and don't forget to log out when you leave!
BEACH
There are two public beach areas nearby; Cape May City and Cape May Point. Both require tags. This rental provides 16 beach tags. Additional Daily/weekly tags can be purchased with cash at any of the beach entrances. Loss of tags will result in a $50 fine.
OUTDOORS
Please use the grill with care and caution. No oversized flames are permitted and fires outside the property are strictly prohibited.
Once booked, we will ask for your email address to send your lease, and info about the property and the check-in process. A signed lease is REQUIRED for booking.A Welcome Bag with your KEYS can be picked up from the kiosk in the parking lot of our office located at:
