This updated condo in a gorgeous oceanfront property is a tranquil escape from the everyday. Nestled in a quiet area, this home away from home offers unparalleled access to brilliant blue water and white sand beaches that are ranked among the best beaches in the world.
Upon entering, you are welcomed by the spacious and bright floor plan with central AC throughout. Step down into the contemporary living room adorned with traditional yet modern Hawaiian decor and paintings of old Hawaii. Make yourself at home as you sink into the comfortable sectional sofa and catch up on your favorite shows on the flat screen TV.
The chef of the family will surely be pleased with the fully stocked, gourmet kitchen complete with granite countertops and beautiful Hawaiian koa wood cabinetry. Enjoy a meal with a view inside at the kitchen island or dine al fresco on the lanai while admiring stellar ocean views. Watch for humpback whales in winter and keep an eye out for playful dolphins and sea turtles year-round.
When it's time to unwind, you'll sleep in comfort in your private primary suite, offering a king size bed and grand en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. With direct access to the main lanai, you'll enjoy morning views and can gaze up at the stars as they twinkle over the islands at night. The guest room features a queen bed and a twin bed for ample sleeping space. A second full bathroom is just off of the guest bedroom.
The condo is south-facing, allowing maximum sunlight and protection from the trade winds. An overhead fan and roll down shades help keep the lanai temperature comfortable so that you can enjoy sitting outside any time of year.
Polo Beach has beachfront access and a wonderful oceanfront swimming pool, with plenty of chaise lounges for guest use. Bask in the sun or listen to the waves while soaking in the hot tub after a hike.
The condo is within walking distance or a short drive to many hotels that offer both fine and family-friendly dining. Also nearby is the Shops at Wailea, which provides shopping, dining and a boutique grocery store.
Activities abound both nearby and around the island, with world-class golf courses, beautiful hikes and crystal clear waters for snorkeling right off many beaches.
At unit 402 there are so many options for spending time together comfortably as well as areas for enjoying quiet moments alone. You will definitely leave the island feeling refreshed and relaxed!
POOL/SPA WORK: The pool and hot tub will be closed for approximately 2 weeks beginning Friday, August 29, 2025 to allow for piping and mechanical repairs to the filtration system. During this time, the pool and spa will be drained and no one will be allowed to access the pool deck. Lounge chairs will be moved outside of the pool deck on to the grass. Please call Reservations at (808) 891-2900 with any questions.
When you arrive on property, you will be issued a blue parking tag for your unit's 1st vehicle. If you have a second vehicle, it will be given a red parking pass. The RED parking pass does not guarantee your second vehicle a parking spot throughout your stay. If the property has high occupancy numbers during your stay, you will be alerted and will have until 5pm that day to remove the second car from Polo Beach property and off site. If the second vehicle is not moved by 5pm that day, you will be issued a $200.00 fine. If the second vehicle is not removed by 11:59pm of the same day, there will be an additional $50 per hour fine for every hour the vehicle remains on property after 11:59pm.
