This 1800sq ft beach house is the epitome of relaxation and serenity, promising an idyllic escape from the hustle and bustle off every day life. Your space:
As you step inside, your be immediately in your spacious well stocked kitchen. This space has some vintage appliances and Ample counter space for a large meal prep. Every amenity in the kitchen including a well stocked coffee/ tea station. Next, to the Living room windows for the View!!!! spacious and comfortable sitting area, with Board games and books for kids and adults you will than alike.
Dining area sits 10 people and separate screened in porch for outside dining and leisure space for watching the water.
Common area has Washer. Dryer and Extra shower and closet for extra supplies in Common area.Please enjoy the water toys, and Sand toys with Life jackets supplied. we have a hammock under the trees or you can have a fire on the beach or in the fire pit provided, Bicycles are coming soon!!

You will have ample parking for 6 cars. with extra spaces if needed. It's an easy walk to local restaurants, and boutique shopping; groceries are 2 km away by car. Crystal beach park and public beach are a 2 min walk from our location. Fully stocked home with Extra linens and towels. Welcome amenity are provided: a Bottle of local wine, local treats. Fully stocked coffee station and Free wifi.

Please read the following rules and let me know if you consent to all of them:

• Do NOT leave your dog inside the house unattended( unless the dog is crate trained and is crated while you're away).

• Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds.

• If guests’ dog sheds, please brush dog outside daily.

• Guest must provide dog bedding/crate and towels to wipe off wet paws and fur before entering the house. Guest towels are NOT to be used for pets.

• As a courtesy to others, guests will walk their dog to the road before allowing them to relieve themselves.
Please do not let dog relieve themselves in the back yard.

• Guests must pick up after their dog.

• Guests are responsible for cleaning up any “accidents” their dog has caused inside. Please notify us of any accidents or damage.

• Guests agree to pay for any damage caused by their dog.
