Positive: Location is perfect..the property is right on the river..you can fish, kayak and tube..very peaceful..clean and comfortable
Negative: When we arrived at 2:45 pm, the hall bathroom's toilet was not working- the toilet tank top was on the floor, the flushing handle was missing, and pieces were missing. I contacted the manager and they knew about this prior to us arriving and said parts needed to be ordered. The part needed was universal and could have been purchased at any Walmart. I requested it be addressed asap and after a few phone calls a plumber arrived at 6pm to fix it. I had to cancel plans with family that evening. #2- kitchen sink garbage disposal didn't work and the sink would not drain. My sister had to climb under the counter and hit the by pass switch, which fixed that situation. #3- the sliding glass door does not lock nor does the hall bathroom window, which is street level. They must have known the slider situation because they had a very short stick placed in the track. Due to the length of stick being to short, the slider door still could be opened about a foot and anyone could have walked in through the opening. We had to order on Amazon , a correct adjustable rod for the slider track and sliding locks for the bathroom window. This did not make us feel very safe at all. So is it a beautiful location? Yes..did I plan on doing home repairs on my vacation ? No!
