Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location was just what we needed due to having a dog. The prompt correspondence between ourselves and manager of the property, as well as Bloom Stays. Availability of public footpaths and the size of the garden was just what we needed to exercise our dog.

Negative: The access road did have numerous pot holes, that would benefit being looked at. Additional instructions relating to how to operate appliances and fire. Wood supplied for the fire was good but a lack of initial fire lighters, that are required to ignite the sticks. Although the property was very nice, it is now some time since the renovations and several items are starting to show their age ie shoer cubicle and kitchen units.

Summary: Eventful stay with a few problems but the booking team were excellent in resolving them
