Summary: Property we were moved to would be good for a single family with two adults and children but not multiple couples. 2nd and 3rd sleeping options did not provide privacy (no doors) and furnace was loud enough to wake us up every time it kicked on. Beautiful country setting with Creek and sun room. Still waiting on reimbursement of funds for downgrade a few days before trip.
