This one of a kind cozy bungalow was built in 1938 and is located in the historical Garden District of Coeur d’Alene…quiet, quaint and family friendly neighborhood with unique homes that are well maintained. The converted basement to Master bedroom is a private retreat to the rest of the home, has a large king bed and stays cool in the summertime. The guest bedroom with a comfy queen bed is located on the main floor next to the bathroom. There is a loft upstairs with a futon (and queen air mattress available as well) that is the perfect hang out spot for kids with the sky lights right above! This location is a 10 minute walk to downtown CdA and Sherman Ave for coffee and a gourmet pastry at The Bakeryshopping, trendy restaurants, and entertainment. Drinks on the patio at Sweet Lou’s with Lake Coeur d’Alene in eye sight is perfection! Midtown is also a 10 min walk, Izzy’s for breakfast on the patio (*tip, try the cornbread dipped in honey butter, you won’t be disappointed!), coffee or gourmet ice cream at Panhandle, Angelo's Italian Ristorante for a homemade Italian meal and a romantic date night, antique shops galore for one of a kind finds! McEuen Park with trails along Lake CdA and Sanders Beach are only a 10 minute walk away.
