Unser Grundstück liegt am ruhigen Stadtrand von Bad Reichenhall. Am Fuße des Fuderheubergs, einem vorgelagerten Berg des Staufens und direkt an den Saalachauen gelegen, bietet unser Haus einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Rad- und Wandertouren. Ungefähr 100 Meter hinter dem Haus führt die gemeinsame Teilstrecke des Saalachtal-Bodensee-Königsee-Radwegs vorbei. Einen Bäcker und ein Gasthaus finden Sie nach nur 200 m bzw. 300 m. Zwei Bushaltestellen findet man schon nach wenigen Schritten, um z.B. ins 3 km entfernte Stadtzentrum zu gelangen. Die Stadt Salzburg ist nur 20 km entfernt. Sie finden mehrere Bademöglichkeiten wie das Marzoller Freibad oder den Thumsee nach nur wenigen Minuten Autofahrt. Im Winter lohnt es sich, einen Ausflug in die ca. 30 Autominuten entfernten umliegenden Skigebiete wie das Hochschwarzeck, Götschen oder den Jenner zu machen. Auch größere Skigebiete wie die Steinplatte oder das österreichische Lofer/Heutal sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Auf der großen Wiese, wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt, können Ihre Kinder auf dem schattigen, öffentlichen Spielplatz toben und spielen. Kostenfreie Parkplätze gibt es ebenfalls vor dem Haus. Zwei weitere Gäste finden einen Schlafplatz im großen Doppelbett auf der Empore unter dem Dach, welche über eine Treppe zu erreichen ist. Die Wohnung ist mit W-Lan ausgestattet.
