This Home away from Home is Centrally located close to restaurants, parks, and grocery stores. 6 mins drive to The forks, Human Right Museum, 8-10 mins drive to downtown and so much more.
You will have FREE access to:

* 3 car Parking ( first car in the garage, and 2 other cars inside the gate (fence). You can also park 2 more vehicles behind the fence and garage door. There’s also plenty of free street parking. (please refer to photos on listing).

The kitchen is fully equipped, making it perfect for those who love to cook or make a quick meal time.
-Dishwasher is not provided and not part of the amenities.

We have lumiere white extendable Dining table which is perfect for small and big group . Dinning seats 6 but upon request , we can provide extra chairs.

NOTE: Please note that our home is near a road. While it’s never been a bother, you will be able to see cars driving by when seating in the Living room/dinning. You won’t however hear them when you’re in the bedrooms or basement.
LAUNDRY
Located in the basement. We provide; Free washing machines, dryer, Laundry soap and Fabric softener.
Note : laundry is acceptable only upon request .

CLEANING & SUPPLIES
Our home is 100% clean and follows Airbnb cleaning guidelines. We thoroughly sanitize and deep clean our home between guests. We provide disposable paper towels, disposable gloves, multi-surface cleaner, disinfectant wipes, hand sanitizer, hand soap and hand lotion.
We do not allow pets or any animal in our home. You will be asked to vacate immediately without refund should we find out you checked in with a pet.
If it’s discovered after checkout, you’ll be fined $600 for breaking this rule.
EXTERIOR CAMERAS
For your security and ours, there are 2 cameras on our property. First one is at the front door. Second is on the side door. Both camera are ring bell .
The exterior cameras are there to ensure our guests feel safe. The cameras are on and recording 24/7 during your stay. Please note that we do not monitor them during your stay. We only check them if there’s a safety concern for the guests and host.
