Summary: Overall the house was just what we needed! The only hiccup was the listing had that there was a futon in one of the rooms and a pullout couch in another but the pullout couch was just a chaise lounge. The host provided an air mattress though so it all worked out. The floors were a little dirty/sticky in areas but overall the place was clean and well maintained. We would definitely recommend this house to others while staying in the LA area.
