4 Bedroom House with Wellness Facilities, Fireplace and Internet

New Listing to VRBO! This house has been lived in and loved by my wife and I along with our 2 young kids. We still live in the area and this house holds a special place in our heart. We hope we can give you a place to relax and enjoy all that Cooperstown has to offer!
Just 3 miles to Cooperstown Dreams park and 4 miles to downtown Cooperstown and the Baseball Hall of Fame. This house offers the perfect level of privacy with proximity to the local attractions.
The main living area features an open concept with a custom kitchen and large island. There is a full dining table with additional seating available on the island. A large cathedral ceiling living room offers a place to sit and still interact with family and friends in the kitchen.
A large play room downstairs has a comfortable sectional couch and projector with a 100" screen making the perfect place to watch a sporting event or settle down to watch a movie. Also works well to offer the kids their own place to watch their shows or play but close enough for the parents to remain nearby.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. The large master bedroom features a king sized bed. Each of the other two bedrooms have a double bed. There is a full bath upstairs along with a well equipped laundry room.
The 4th bedroom is downstairs along with an additional full bath.
There are plenty of spaces that could be utilized for "work from home" in this house utilizing the high speed internet with 1 Gb/s download speeds.
Heat pump air conditioners in the new half of the house with window air conditioners in the other bedrooms. The home is tucked away in the woods and stays very cool and comfortable.
Outside there is a large wrap around deck with a Weber BBQ grill. This offers the perfect place to enjoy a warm summer night with friends and family.
A small fire pit with seating in the backyard
