Summary: The property manager put in a lot of work to get this ready. Beautiful furnishings and decor! They were accommodating with requests for a full size coffee maker in addition to the Kuerig they had. They also provided wine glasses and a cork screw upon request, although some water/juice/drink glasses would also be nice. The bathrooms had nice soft towels, face cloths for make up removal and lots of nice personal care items. The fans were loud and squeeky. Some of the finishing touches (sign and door stops) were afixed with double sided tape that did not adhere well. The outside had a patio with table, chairs and a grill ready with charoal. Lighter fluid and grilling utencils would be a helpful touch. They provided a citronella candle (very buggy time) There was a fire pit with outdoor furnishings overlooking the river. The river is not accessible to the property. The welcome book requested that we observe the neighborhood quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am... but be aware that the neighbors are not so quiet. Their open windows allowed us far too much insight to their family issues. The property description indicated a garage but it was not currently available. The property manager was responsive to requests and timely in handling any issues.
