Catamount Cove is a lovely , quiet retreat from the city while still being accessible to stores and local food options. Soak in the mountain views while lounging near the private waterfall or deck. You are likely to catch wildlife-bird watching, deer, critters and more. From the front door there are multiple hikes that are easy to access by foot. You can also walk into town and enjoy the lake/gazebo, playground, community pool, recreation center with tennis courts and outdoor workout equipment.
The space
Plenty of space for a group or family. A ★private waterfall★ in the backyard is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee overlooking the mountain side or stargaze to the calming sounds of the stream. Enjoy lounging in the hammock and use of the outdoor BBQ. The kitchen is stocked and ready for a home cooked meal and adjacent dining room has 2 different tables to accommodate large groups. The house has a cabin/mountain vibe, which fits right in with your surrounding area. The living room TV/main bedroom TV both have a Hulu account setup on them, so you can lounge right away after your trip in. There's a full bathroom on each floor, and washer/dryer downstairs, opposite of the downstairs bedrooms. We are family friendly, find a high chair and packNplay for your use along with some toys that you are welcome to enjoy during your trip and a baby gate if needed.

Other things to note
The home does not have central AC but since we're at altitude and in a valley, it stays naturally cool with some open windows and ceiling fans.
The heating is baseboard heat, controlled per room which gives each bedroom tight control over the temperature.
Please keep all trash(especially food) inside the secure trash bins in the garage or house. There is wildlife in the area that can be drawn to trash and will go through any food left outside overnight.
Speaking of wildlife, your pet may no longer be the alpha in the area so be sure to keep an eye on furry friends as there are bigger animals nearby, especially at night.
There is a high fire hazard in the are, so please take extra precautions with any open flames/smoking.
We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.
