This cozy and modern (1800 square foot), single level three bedrooms, and two and half bathrooms is located in the West San Fernando Valley in West Hills Neighborhood. Our home is ideally situated for off-season athletes who trained in Agoura or Westlake Village. Casa Del Valley home is fully equipped with a full kitchen, microwave, stove, and refrigerator. It sleeps 6, one king size bed , one queen size bed, and two twins beds. Beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated with a modern flare and style will surely impress your family.
On weekends, visit the Calabasas Farmers Market in the nearby area for your fresh fruits, flowers, baked goods and vegetables. Or take a stroll, shop, and dine around the outdoor mall known as 'The Village'. There are plenty of local parks for family picnics and bike paths for the family bike ride. Feeling adventurous, try a paddle boat ride at Lake Balboa Park or feed the ducks and walk around the park. Try a family hike in the nearby Santa Susana Mountains or walk spend the winter's day skiing at Mountain High which is 2 hours away.
We are about 20 minutes to Sherman Oaks and Westlake Village, 45 minutes to downtown, 40 minutes to Universal Studios, Hollywood, The Grove, China town, or Malibu beaches. We are 95 minutes to Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm. 75 minutes Santa Barbara and 60 minutes to Carpinteria. We are about 70 minutes from Los Angeles Airport and 20 minute drive to Proactive Sports in Westlake Village. In addition, there is a laundry area located in the garage with a full-sized washer and dryer. It is already pre filled with liquid soap and liquid softener for your convenience. There is no parking inside the garage but plenty of street and driveway parking.
Garden and pool service are included. Garden and pool weekly services are every Monday or Tuesday. Weekly housekeeping and linen service can be added for an extra $250.00. Guests staying longer then 21 days will be required to pay an additional bi-weekly cleaning fee of 250.00.
For your security, the home features a Ring doorbell and security cameras facing the public view. Please do not tamper or disconnect the house wifi, ring camera, security cameras facing public and noise sensors. The house is monitored for excessive noise inside and outside with a noise awareness sensors. As hosts, we have a responsibility to our neighbors to maintain a peaceful environment, so monitoring for excessive noise helps maintain good relations with our neighbors.
Guests have access to three car parking in the driveway and plenty of street parking. There is one car garage parking. Guest can access the laundry through the garage. Please be mindful and try to limit you loads of laundry as we provide the soap and softner to our guests and also for our own laundry for linens and towels.

Once booking is completed, you will need to sign a vacation rental agreement, provide a security deposit, and a copy of driver's license within 24 hours. Easy access to the 101 and 118 freeways making it convenient to get anywhere in Los Angeles. Driving distance to numerous great restaurants, malls, parks, and beaches. It is a very quiet family orientated neighborhood with nearby hospitals, temples, churches, grocery stores and outdoor recreation areas. Family friendly neighborhood with a local park less then five minute walk. Also there is a Vallarta Supermarket that has amazing ceviche, popsicle, maroons, guacamole specialities areas and more within a five minute drive. We highly recommend the seasoned chicken steak to bbq. It's amazing!

AC and heater are controlled by the Nest thermostat and are locked at 74 degrees. Air Conditioner is designed to achieve a 15-20 degrees temperature drop. Therefore, if it is more than 95 degrees Fahrenheit outside, the AC unit will struggle to keep the home cooler than 77 degrees Fahrenheit. Please keep the windows and doors closed while the AC/Heater is in use. Please do not set the thermostat lower than 74 degrees when the outside temperature is more than 90 degrees F.

Gardener comes every Monday or Tuesday. Pool man comes every Monday or Tuesday. The Owner asks that the Tenant is respectful with energy andI water usage-switch all lights and heating off when not required and upon check out. Absolutely NO GLASSWARE to be used in the backyard. We have plasticware for all beverages and plates. Fireplace: Do not put wood or charcoal in the gas fireplace and do not put the lid back on the gas fireplace while it is still hot/on fire. If guest leaves items at the house and asks for forgotten items to be shipped back, a fee will be applied. Trash Information: Bin use * Black-Regular Garbage *Blue- Recycle. * Green-Any plants, dirts or rocks. The bins are stored outside on the west side of the house by the gate. Please take out the trash bins Tuesday's night in front of the curb, west of the driveway and bring them in on Wednesday mornings.

Guest hereby acknowledges that the property they have reserved includes a swimming pool, patio, gazebo, and diving board. Pool rules are posted in the house manual and throughout the backyard. Guest is also aware that the pool is not heated and pool temperatures in the winter months will be below 50 degrees or lower. We do not recommend swimming in a pool during cold weather or winter months.
The Guest is fully aware that the surrounding areas can be dangerous and slippery when wet and that injury is likely to occur to anyone who is not careful. Guests should observe and adhere to all rules and policies as posted at the property. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the Guest accepts and assumes all risks involved in or related to the pool, diving board, gazebo, and patio areas. No glassware is to be taken outside to the pool area. Please use the plastic dinner ware located in the kitchen.
1. Use of the private swimming pool is at the Guests own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Please do not pee in the pool or eat in the pool.
2. Children under 14, the elderly and frail adults are free to enjoy poolside activities so long as they are properly supervised by an attending adult.
3. Guests must practice reasonable caution when using the pool.
4. Host is in no way responsible for injuries incurred by Guests when using the pool.
5. Pool is not guaranteed to sustain any constant temperature due to weather and other natural causes. Host is not responsible for any loss of use that may result from weather, maintenance or any other circumstance that might deem the pool temporarily unusable.
6. Pool does not have a heater and is unable to be heated. Use of the pool cover over the pool to keep the water temperature warm as possible is at the Guest's discretion, and when not in use. Pool temperature varies during summer and could range from 70-74 when prope
