The Space:
Our condo works perfectly for 2 to 4 people. The space is a modest 420 sq ft with a king sized bed, sofa bed, table and chairs, TV with cable, and stainless steel appliances (no dishwasher). We also have an all-in-one washer and dryer in the unit.
What we love about the space are the location and pool. The studio is only 3 miles from downtown & the pool is literally outside your doorstep. There is a parking lot on-site with enough spots for 1 car per unit. Additional parking can be found up the street from the complex.
The Neighborhood:
ON FOOT
There are great local eateries, cafes, and bars nearby worth exploring within a 5-minute walk just North or South of the condo on 8th ave. Please keep in mind that currently there is a new building being constructed next door to this building so there are limited sidewalks to use at this time.
RIDESHARE
There are rideshares all over the city from Uber, Lyft, and even Earth Rides (Tesla cars only). They are easy to call anytime day or night. Pro traveler tip: download all apps to your phone so you can compare prices and get the cheapest option!
TAXIS
See the ride share option above, taxis are available however few and far between and can be quite pricey in Nashville. There are so many taxi companies that we really cannot recommend any one over another, and we encourage you to investigate rates and reviews to find one that suits your needs.
MTA BUSES
The MTA (Metro Transit Authority) Buses run all over Metro Nashville and even some surrounding counties. Very reasonable fares and a wide range of routes make the bus a cheap and easily navigable choice for visitors. The closest route to the studios will be #8.
NASHVILLE B-CYCLE
Nashville’s bicycle sharing program has been a huge success with locals and tourists. Simply walk up to any Nashville B-Cycle station, swipe your credit card and pick out your red bike! The closest B-Cycle station to the will be in 12South.
Other Things to Note:
→ Upon booking, a Rental Agreement must be signed before any reservation is confirmed. You will receive the agreement to be signed upon submitting your booking.
→ Our nightly minimum varies depending on the time of year and day of the week. Refer to our calendar for the most up to date availability and feel free to message us with any questions. We will be in contact with you immediately if your booking does not meet our requirements and your card will not be charged.
→ The complex – the studio complex is old. It was built in the 1950s and its age is starting to show. While we've taken measures to improve our condo, keep this in mind when booking. You won't be arriving at a fancy condo complex; it's a modest 2-story building sitting among trendy new construction. You will be booking this unit for the location and, if in the summer, the pool.
→ Please note before booking – while we have our quiet hours of 10 pm to 8 am, there is potential for noise as the complex is located in an urban area and you will have tenants above and beside you. We provide a sound machine for the unit but please be aware of this detail to make sure this condo is the right fit for you!
→ As soon as you step foot in Nashville, you'll notice that the skyline is peppered with cranes and other signs of the booming construction that is happening. Because of the construction, at times there are limited sidewalks to use. Please be conscious of your surroundings exploring town.
→ Check-in is at 4 pm // Check out is at 11 am. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival. Otherwise, to be considerate to other guests, we cannot guarantee that early check-in or late check-out request will be accommodated. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4 pm.

→ Regarding the unit: Max occupancy is 4 people. There is no dishwasher. Laundry is in the unit, it is an all-in-one washer/dryer. Towels & linen are provided. Travel-sized toiletries, a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are provided. A drip coffee maker and basic kitchenware are also provided. Guests are responsible to provide any additional amenities desired such as additional toilet paper.
→ The studio is suitable for children.
→ You will receive your code for entry one day before your arrival. This code will activate on your check-in day at 4 pm and deactivate at 11 am the day you check out.
→ By moving forward and booking this reservation, you give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
→ All reservations are subject to a Pre Check-In Security Deposit collection of $250 for incidentals and damage protection. This deposit will be returned should no issues occur.
