2 Bedroom House with Balcony, Bedding and Kitchen
This west side location is quiet with a small private backyard. The house is 1.5 miles from the University of Kentucky, 1 mile from St. Joseph hospital, two miles from Keeneland Race Track and directly behind Sullivan University. The house is furnished with all new living room furniture with the love seat as a sleeper sofa and new king size mattress in the master bedroom. Two new twin mattresses in the extra bedroom and the furniture is made with old barn lumber from our farm. The bathroom is newly renovated with beautiful tile. There are Roku smart tv's in each bedroom and a 55" in the living room. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. One of the bedrooms was converted to a laundry room so you have everything you need right where you need it!!
