Near the BEACH OF GIVING (a sandy beach) which can be reached quickly on foot (20mn), this two-bedroom home, over 90 sqm with sea view in 1500, is surrounded by a garden , 900 m2 very quiet with garden furniture, chairs, barbecue. This garden is planted with shrubs and hedges which shelter from the winds from all sides. A beautiful living room of 45m² is embellished with a large fireplace.
