3 Bedroom House with TV, Balcony and Bedding
Our home is in the perfect location - right off Lake Como with full views of the lake in the large yard, porch and house. Walk two blocks west to the boat launch, large beach and playground, or two blocks east to a smaller beach and creek - a great spot for fishing! Or, walk 50 feet from the back door straight to the shoreline! (Our map location is accurate - check out the pictures taken on our property!)
The ranch-style home has three bedrooms with lots of sleeping space! The house includes one main bath with a full tub/shower combo and a half bath that is connected to one of the bedrooms. The third bedroom is a large room that can also be used as a gathering/game area. It's the perfect amount of space for a family or group of friends.
Although there is plenty of room in the house, you'll actually want to spend most of your stay outside! We have a large yard with fire pit and chairs that overlooks the lake from all angles. Eat dinner outside at an outdoor patio set with seating for six or relax in our vintage loungers on the small front deck. The lake offers 3 community (available only to Como Beach Association members and guests) swimming beaches, two of which are less than a 5 minute walk away. Feel free to use our beach supplies or take out our two kayaks for a trip on the lake.
When you stay at our home, you'll have private access to the home, back and side yard with full lake views. Feel free to use any of the supplies in the shed to make your stay as fun as possible, including outdoor yard games, beach supplies, campfire chairs and supplies, kayaks, and kids toys.
There are two lake-front restaurants that are walking distance from our house, one of which offers paddle board and pontoon boat rentals.
Downtown Lake Geneva and Lake Delavan are both only a 15 minute drive away where there are tons of restaurants, shopping, and other lake-life attractions.
