Summary: The unit was very clean and well stocked with kitchen items and towels and such. Working with the property management company was challenging. They are all about the rules and wanted extra documentation but didn't send that until I was traveling and couldn't access on phone. When I called I always got different people. Everyone was nice but they failed to solve problems. And they love to charge for every little thing, like early check-in is t just a single fee it's by the hour. I agreed to the excessive fees as I had no other choice. But when we showed up at our agreed upon early check-in the cleaning lady kicked us out and said no early check-in. Left us in a pickle.
