1 Bedroom Condo with Security, Wellness Facilities and Fireplace
A 1 bed and 1 bath condo located right next to Scarborough Town Centre. It has everything you need at walking distance. Walmart, Real Canadian Store, and FreshCo is 5-8min away by walking. TTC is 2 min away and GO bus is a 5 min walk. Street parking is free. Mind the times, however.
It is a peaceful space because it is high up in the sky on the 28th floor.
The living room and balcony both are a great space to hang out as they look toward South providing a beautiful view of the sunrise and sunset, the lake visible from the East and the Toronto city skyline visible from the West.
The bedroom has a queen bed (plus extra bedsheets), a chest of drawers, a laundry basket and hangars in the closet. You can also keep your luggage in the closet to maximize on space.
A full bathroom comes with a sink with under-sink storage, toilet seat with bidet, a bathtub and shower, shower curtains, and a towel hangar.
The laundry space is located inside the bathroom with a stacked washer/dryer.
The den is out of bounds. It is a storage space for myself at the moment. I will be turning it into a small bedroom soon. It's in the works and not advertised as a space that the guests can use just yet.
The living room comes with a 3 seater that pulls out to make a comfortable space to watch movies. It can be used as a bed but I don't have bedding available for a 3rd guest at the moment. The 3 seater also has a pull up storage space that includes fleeces, throws and extra cushions.
The living room also includes a TV table with drawers for storage, a Samsung TV 55", and a standing lamp.
There is a dining table with 2 chairs in the living area as well.
The kitchen comes partially stocked with a pantry, pots and pans, cutlery, crockery, kettle, a toaster oven, mugs, glassware, baking tins, tupperware, kitchen towels, tea towels, dusters, cleaning supplies, and cleaning equipment. The pantry is not for your use but the cutlery, appliances and crockery is.
The linen closet includes tools, bedsheets, towels, coat hanging area and extra hangars, window cleaning supplies and tools.
The entrance comes with a nice compact shoe rack that can hold up to a dozen pairs of shoes. There is a small black board with chalk and duster for writing memos. It can also hang bags/purses/hats/umbrellas. A glass shelf is located for putting your keys and such but also holds hand sanitizers.
Balcony: I have a cute set of patio furniture with red seat cushions that I bring in the study den in the winter. It is currently in the storage due to the cold weather.
Pool, gym and other amenities such as a billiard room, table tennis and a party room are also present in the building.
