Summary: We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and truly brand new. There were lots of thoughtful extras like coffee, snacks, and water, and it had everything we needed for our stay.There were just a couple of issues worth noting. First, this is not a full house rental. There is a basement suite, which means the property is not completely private. Unfortunately, this was not made clear in the listing and we only discovered it after receiving the check-in instructions. Since privacy is one of the main reasons we book through Vrbo, this was a bit disappointing.The only other issue was the hot water. It worked well for showers, but it runs out quickly—by the time the bathtub was filled, the water had gone cold.Aside from these points, it was an amazing stay overall.
