Beautiful one bedroom, one bath cottage on a picturesque 14 acre farm just outside of downtown Leesburg. Nestled in close to local vineyards, this charming, free-standing cottage is yours and perfect for a weekend getaway or alternative to a hotel. Enjoy the fresh air, beautiful views, and peace and quiet on our little farm. Wander the property and say hello to our donkeys, mule, Long Horn cows, goats, chickens, and 3 cats (and 3 kiddos!). Just 3 miles to downtown Leesburg.
The Cottage's first floor contains the kitchen and dining area, family room/sitting area as well as the full bathroom. Upstairs you will find the large bedroom with quaint window seat and plenty of space. An air bed and pack n play are both stored in the closet for our guests should they need either. The farm used to be a working horse farm, with 4 pastures and several small barns and living spaces. The main farm house that our family uses, is a gorgeous stone house located directly next door to the Cottage; it was built in the 1790's. We love this gorgeous little farm and love to share it with our guests.
We are an active, small farm with family and friends on the property. While you will have your own space, please expect to see our family playing and maintaining the farm, as well as others who work on the property! There are always projects to complete and things to fix, so please expect some activity during your stay as we need to keep everything running and looking beautiful! We respect quite hours in the morning and evening - so no need to worry!
