Summary: The house is in a very nice neighborhood not far from the 101 Fwy in Oxnard. This was very convenient to go back & forth to my daughter's house in Camarillo over the holidays. It was also nice to be so near a Target store for groceries and last minute needs. I would recommend this house to families or a group of friends.
