2 Bedroom House with TV, Bedding and Kitchen
Located in downtown Caplinger Mills, MO. Just a short walk from the Sac river and the historic bridge. Great place to spend the day fishing at the river or book a float trip with Caplinger woods campground right across the street. The House sits on 3/4 of an acre with plenty of room for the kids to run around. Stockton lake is only 15-20 min down the road. Take drive through Amish country, go antiquing, just relax and enjoy the small town environment Caplinger Mills offers.
The House has 2 bedrooms with double beds, the living room has a futon and a sectional that sleeps two. We have an air mattress that can be set up in the 3rd bedroom that is currently set up as an office. We also have pack and plays available to use for the little ones. The house can sleep up to 10 adults with the above amenities
The kitchen is spacious offers the basics and includes an electric stove, microwave and refrigerator. The dining area has a nice dining table that is set up for 5 but you can add a leave and seat up to 8. This house is set up for family get togethers.
