The first Friday of each month the district comes alive and hundreds of local artists share their work with the community while food trucks line the streets and live music fills the air. We are short light rail trip, easy drive or affordable rideshare away from all Denver has to offer. Our home is moments away from all major highways for an easy trip to popular mountain towns and ski resorts, hiking trails, and casinos. Spend some time in the city, escape up the mountain for a day of skiing, gambling or soaking in healing natural hot springs all from our perfectly located home.
