Set within the tranquil beauty of Rock Harbor Creek and just 0.2 miles to Rock Harbor & Cape Cod Bay and .9 miles to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining nook and living room. Cozy bedroom with new king bed, large closet, en-suite bathroom w/walk-in shower and stacked washer/dryer. In the living room there's a queen sleep sofa, TV and desk. The back yard has a picnic table and grill for summer cookouts and an outdoor shower. Two Kayaks available for guest use.
