For additional guests, we offer two queen pull-out sofas and air mattresses upon request, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest.
The den is a versatile space, perfect for various activities. Whether you need a workspace, a spot for family meals, or an area for the kids to play, the second TV and Xbox make it an enjoyable and convenient space for all. You can log into your own Xbox account or create one, don't forget to log out before you leave! Please note that an Xbox account will not be provided for login.
In our well-equipped kitchen, you'll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. From full-size appliances to a coffee lover's dream, we offer both a traditional coffee pot and a convenient Keurig machine. Start your mornings off right with a selection of coffees, creamers, and sweeteners to suit your taste.
Step outside to our fenced backyard oasis and bask in the sunshine on the covered patio. Fire up the BBQ grill and savor al fresco dining with family and friends. As evening falls, gather around the firepit for cozy conversations and toasted marshmallows. The privacy fence will provide an added sense of seclusion.

St. Augustine Shores is a quaint neighborhood with a golf course, that is open for guests to pay and play, in a wonderful location that puts you close to everything you may need during your stay. We're less than 10 minutes from St. Augustine Beach, Cresent Beach, and Historic Downtown St. Augustine. You're welcome to take a stroll around Holiday Lake or take our bikes down to Canopy Shores Park and walk by the Matanzas River. There are 100s of miles of walking and bike trails to explore right outside of our backyard gate.
St. Augustine Shores also has a 180,000-gallon pool (Please note this is a community pool that is seasonal - typically open from April 1st to October 31st.), adjoining a kiddie park, picnic area, horseshoe pits, volleyball, and sports field. This waterfront property boasts a 500-foot pier with a gazebo, that extends into the Intercoastal Waterway and provides an exceptional opportunity for anglers, wildlife observers, and sunrise/sunset seekers. Many guests enjoy walking, biking, or jogging along the more than 150 miles of bike paths, sidewalks, and 14 lakes/ponds.
Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay.
Parking is permitted under the carport or in the driveway place.
We also have a cooler bag, a double folding beach chair, a portable corn hole game, bicycles, and a sand-repellent beach blanket that guests are welcome to use!
Our home is pet friendly! We ask that guests pay a pet fee of $50 per pet per stay. Please pick up any pet waste during their stay.
