A bright and happy newly remodeled home in Seattle's highly desired Ballard neighborhood. Enjoy a mix of new and antique furnishings that give the place a clean and charming feel. Drink your morning coffee while being entertained by the neighborhood birds and critters. The home is equipped with lots of large windows that fill the space with light.
There's a cozy coffee nook in the kitchen where you can enjoy the serene backyard while sipping on your morning coffee. The home has high speed fiber internet and an office for WFH days. There's also a mini gym with bands, kettlebell, ankle weights and rebounder. On a clear day (this is Seattle so don't get your hopes up) you can see the glorious sunset over the Olympic Peninsula from the backyard.
Ballard is home to the most breweries in Seattle. They are all walking distance from our place. If beer isn't your thing, there are beautiful parks and walks nearby including woodland park (and zoo!), greenlake and ballard locks. Phinney Ridge to the west, Fremont to the south and downtown Ballard are all very close by - walking distance. If you do not feel like leaving the immediate neighborhood, don't worry either because two blocks away there's everything you would need...restaurants, bars, coffee and a market. This neighborhood is where it's at!
