• The cabin is custom-designed for adults. It’s NOT suitable for infants or children.
• Only registered guests allowed.
• Please be respectful of our neighbors and the surrounding community. We are located in the Glacier Springs neighborhood.
• Please treat our cabin as if it were your own.
• Please read all safety rules and guidelines before using the amenities.
• Please follow all rules for using the amenities, including but not limited to the sauna, hot tub, and fire pit.
• No parties or events.
• No excessive use of alcohol or other recreational substances.
• No smoking in or on the property. This includes tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, and vaping.
• No guns, weapons, or illegal substances in or on the property.
• Please leave your shoes in the mudroom.
• Like many homes in our area, the cabin is located close to the Mt. Baker Highway. While we are in a peaceful neighborhood, it's likely you will hear some vehicle noise coming from the highway.
• We get snow a few times per year. We shovel often, however, you may need to drive through some snow / ice.
• Whatcom County institutes burn bans as-needed during the hot and dry summer months. During burn bans, the outdoor fire pit cannot be used. If you're staying at the cabin during a burn ban, there will not be firewood provided for the fire pit.
• We do have wildlife that sometimes passes through the neighborhood, so we ask that you do not leave any food or food garbage outside. Please make sure all garbage is disposed of inside the cabin or in our animal-proof outdoor garbage bin.
• By booking our cabin, you and your guests waive all liability and assume all responsibilities and risks of injury, illness, property damage, property loss, and death that are associated with your use and your guests' use of the cabin and its amenities.
