COMMUNITY AMENITIES: 2 outdoor pools. THE SMALL POOL IS CURRENTLY CLOSED FOR REPAIRS, summer 2025. The available pool is located across from building 5. (Memorial Day-Labor Day, depth 4’ - 6’), basketball court, charcoal grill, hiking trails, catch & release pond (5 acres, no permit needed)
I will be available 24/7 for any questions but I will not be on site unless needed.
Notch Estates is a quiet, nice place to slow down & relax for the weekend or a week long break from all the business in your life. Notch is still close enough to all amenities that you will not have far to get a bite to eat, watch a Branson show, or enjoy Silver Dollar City for the day!
