Find your own piece of paradise in this cozy Connecticut Beach House. Located just outside of downtown New Haven, this home has everything you, your friends and family need to enjoy your get away. Our house has a master bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a full bed, and a queen pull out couch located in the finished basement. All beds including the pullout couch have memory foam mattress pads. The kitchen has a 4-person dining table, and the formal dining room table fits 6 people. There is a total of 1.5 baths a full bathroom upstairs and a half bathroom downstairs. There are two living areas a formal living room and a cozy den area. The house has access to a private beach that is a six-minute walk from the house that you are welcome to enjoy. Access to the beach is via a fenced walkway to the right of the houses lining the private beach. The fenced in back yard includes a large deck and outdoor dining area. The basement includes a half bath, couch, and TV. Additionally, before booking we like to inform guests the house is located near Tweed airport and takeoffs and landings can be noisy throughout the day. We love sharing our space with travelers and we hope to provide you an amazing stay!
Please note we have two cameras on the property. One camera is at the front entrance showing the front door and driveway. The second is at the back of the house showing the deck and backyard. Cameras are in place for the guest's safety and the safety of our home please do not tamper with the cameras.
